Pepper Rabbit’ll get you. Some of the these songs are so bittersweet you’ll be pushed to the edge of tears; this is some gorgeous songwriting here. On top of this, the vocals are nearly perfect. These melodies were written to stick, and they definitely do. Pay attention to the lyrics and you’re in for a trance of sorts. So far my favorites are “Red Wine” and “Older Brother.”
